At Little Mushies Magic Shoppe, all sales are final. We put love and intention into every package and do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. Due to the handmade, seasonal, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your order, occasionally damage during shipping can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Email us at little.mushies.magic@gmail.com and weโ€™ll be happy to issue store credit if your claim is approved. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code.

Please note:

  • Store credit is only offered for items damaged during shipping.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements.

  • Claims made after 5 days of delivery cannot be honored.
